QingYu hanfu is not responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. Please note that we cannot investigate orders exceeding two weeks past the suggested delivery date.
Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify or expedite the shipping process.
It is the customer’s responsibility to track and manage the successful delivery of their order. QingYu hanfu is not liable for delays, theft, or missed deliveries. This includes failure to collect an order from a designated pickup point within the specified time frame.
